No question. And they’re already the top team in the state.

Richland might give Prep some trouble. They are 9-0 and have Riley Sorn, a senior 7’3" center.

Riley Sorn is 7-foot-3, so dunks basically look like this: But Sorn is more than one dimension, as he has been a part of Richland (Wash.) advancing to the state 4A quarterfinals with a victory agai…
      Bonjour tristesse.

I watched G Prep play here in Yakima yesterday vs Davis HS and I thought Anton Watson looked real good. Versatile player.

In the GSL he will have 1 or maybe 2 more against the 6' 9" kid from Uhigh who is going to Idaho. Most likely will run into Richland once or twice they have 1 or 2 D1 kids. Most likely a couple more at the State tourney if Prep moves forward.

Quite a gauntlet. Hope he goes to some select summer camps: Lebron, Nike, et al.

It would be fun to watch them in the 3A. Most of the top schools in Seattle are glorified AAU teams and run to state will be a meat grinder.

Lives in CDA started at Prep as a Freshman. The ex-hack writer for the Spokesman Greg Lee likes to refer to him as a transfer, but that is because Lee is an Idaho guy.

Couple things. I personally think Prep and Richland are the best teams in the state regardless of classification. Ferris isn’t fair behind.

As for Christensen at U-High, he’s pretty legit. Very high motor for a big strong kid and good athleticism. Idaho will probably win the Big Sky this year and it wouldn’t shock me if they won a game in the tournament.

Was at the game last night and yes AW had a pretty easy night going against a 6'4" Soph and 6'9" Frosh (who needs a good year to acclimate to his size) and then CV throwing a bunch of 6'1-2" guys at him. Double teaming left Prep's Jamaari Jones to feast. The game was very easy for AW and he even seemed a bit aloof but he could score at will against the lack of size or experience.
