    BZ Bulldog of the Game - USF - 02. 20. 20 ?

    STATS: https://gozags.com/sidearmstats/mbball/media

Zags outscore the Dons 49 - 23 in the second half and win 71-54 after trailing 31 - 23 at the half.

Zags clinch at least a share of the regular season title. Tough game to watch in the first half. . .It won't break my heart if they don't play the Dons in Vegas.

Woolridge had a great game except 5 turnovers is not good

Kispert also came alive in the 2nd half, but Tillie all the way.
Not even a smile? What's your problem!

Tillie for sure, ZAGS are a different team with him in there and healthy.

On a larger note...............Way too many TO's (14) and terrible FT shooting (8/15, 53.3%). 10-12 minutes of good BBall (starting the 2nd half) was good enough tonight. Not going to be good enough Saturday or in the Dance. Starting to play down to competition, need to keep the pedal to the metal throughout the entire 40 minutes.

            But..................a win is a win.

33 reminded this team to have some fun out there. In a game when everyone else seemed oddly uptight, his energy and smile lifted the rest of the team.
“No team in the country has a better winning percentage against power conference teams since 2017 than Gonzaga... the Zags are playing above average teams in the best leagues in the country and winning 78% of the time.”

True, though a couple of those came from teammates having butterfingers in the first half.
