I'm selling my car on Craig's List...

Here is an email that I think is a scam:

    Howdy,

I saw your ad for your vehicle 2004 Chevy and im interested in purchasing it. I've been looking for a long time. My partner is away for the next few days, and I dont want to miss out on it while he is away, its 100 percent what I have been looking for, and the cost is right.

I hope its still available!! I have the asking price but I cannot seem to find an autoquote for this specific model. Could you try with your details on the following site and email me back if it works. I'm sure im having a ditz moment, but its the last thing before I can arrange to pick it up and buy it. It has to be with this firm becuase we get a saving becuase my partner already uses them. Thanks so much for helping a lady out! I Actually live in North Spokane too so there should be no problem picking the vehicle up.

Oh the site I use is: digg . com/u1KV0J

    Thanks again

    Here is another one:

    Good day,

I glanced at your classified and wanted to share with you a story that you may find absorbing.

It was not too long ago my best buddy was canned by his boss. He soon detected a new method to attain a living from his condo and he told me to share his method.

Observe his url for more info.

What happened to Craig's list? It used to be a wholesome place where families could go and not have to worry about anything. If you can't trust anonymous emailers responding to Craig's list ads, who can you trust?

Here is one I just got

hey i just saw your car for sale and i have just a couple question s to ask you. do you smoke in the car or have pets? I have a very bad case of allergies and i really dont want to end up in a car thats going to make me sneeze everytime i drive it! Also i went to check the insurance on your car at auto insure tips and after i typed in a 2004 chevy its says it would only be $37 dollars per month for full coverage which seems to low if you ask me. Could you by any chance see what it would be per month for you? since you have the VIN number and all of that it should be easy because im not sure if i even entered the correct car make. this would really help me make a final decision on your car! I would love to come take a look at it sometime in the next few days if you will be available! Please get back to me ASAP I am very very excited about this one! PS. is $7500 negotiable ? ;)

I almost fell for this one. They are getting better. I just wish a real person would buy my car.

Really? Uber always thought of it as the online place for the local sex trade with a little thrift store attached as a cover.

I showed Mrs. Woohoo the "adult services" section or whatever you wanna call it the other night. She was in shock. I thought it was hilarious.

......................then we asked Jazelle to come over to my house (cost was 3 roses).

                    j/k hehe Obviously

Yeah, right. Like woohoo doesn't know what it's called. He's probably got it bookmarked.

Of course I have it bookmarked, I saved it under "NOT porn or adult services stuff" so Mrs. Woohoo won't stumble upon it or suspect anything.

I get a lot of free firewood for the backyard fire pits from Craig's List. Pick it up, cut it up, stack it up. Easy peasy.
