Micah. He is such a hard worker. He had some great rebounds. Including two excellent ones on offensive rebounds off of free throws. And his alley oop dunk was phenomenal.

Honorable mention to Kuso. This is the best game I've seen him play in a long long time. He was quick in the post and had a good tip in, something he has struggled with.

Daye - made some nice blocks in the 1st half and then took over the scoring and rebounding in the 2nd half.

i'm surprised to see so many votes for austin. He showed incredible flair on offense and some great blocks, but the game was well in hand by that point. pendo got us going, and i thought kuso put them away.

i vote for kuso...his stretch in the 2nd half opened it up.

Default I watched JH closely vs. Portland and

he is still struggling physically. He just can't turn on the jets going down court. Very heavy legs.

I'm guessing he's still having upper respiratory problems. And when he left the game he looked like he was really out of gas.

    Got to be frustrating.

    Default Daye is G-unit

Daye seemed to have the most complete game.

Pendo got it started when the bulldogs were having trouble at the beginning

David P. He scored and hustled when it counted. It is easier to inflate your stats against your opponent's second team.

Pendo, Daye, and Kuso all get mention, but I vote for:
    Downs

because azzagfan's anaylsis rings true for me. Good to see him stay on the court longer.

I'm going with Pendo!!! He was great for us from the start. This picture is indicative. The score is 7-7, and Pendo has all the points.

When I was about 6, and living on the Bridgeport Bar between Bridgeport and Brewster, my little brother and I lifted up a flat rock in the front "yard" - only to find two rattlers underneath - ran like hell. I know there were a ton of rattlers for Pendo to drive out!

For exactly this reason, I'm giving my vote to Daye.

Our problem lately with teams we are beating up on has been taking the foot off the pedal and letting them back into the game.

Austin, almost single handedly, did not let that happen and we beat UP by more in the second half than we did in the first.

Good argument for Austin, F1D. . .hadn't thought of it with that angle.

    Default What about Micah

Loved Pendo's first half and Austin's production. But a lot of Austin's points and boards were in garbage time.

The guy who really got it going tonight was Micah. It seems like every time he comes into the game the team takes off, even when he's not doing the scoring.

    Frankly, a lineup of

    Pendo
    Downs
    Daye
    Kuso
    Pargo

can bring some heat. I'd like to see about 5-7 minutes of that lineup.
