My vote went to Timme. But could just as easily went with Holmgren, for a guy built like that to utterly shut down a guard who drives as his main move is just amazing. Also super glad to see the 3s falling like rain leading up to next week.

Congrats to Holmgren. Nice to see our true Freshman win this honor. He really did look much better tonight. He must be a very intelligent person because he is improving so fast. And we will need that next week.

I went with Chet, although many players were outstanding. Chet was hustling and playing team basketball everytime I looked at him.

I know Chet altered a lot of shots. But I thought he had 3 or 4 blocks tonight.

have to go with chet tonight, mostly the 'great intangible' we have seen in every game, namely, an opponent drives into the paint, senses Chet is there are starts running around like a trapped chicken almost unwilling to try a shot. This great intangible must cost our opponents ten or more points a game.
but chet also had 5 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 stolen shots and 18 points.

Chet dominates with his 7’6” wing span while avoiding contact with his slim frame IMO.

Chet is so smart, still playing within himself. By season end he will be unstoppable. Both ends.

I voted Strawther because the team has been struggling from 3, and I thought that seeing his early ones go down gave the other guys confidence. Everyone knows 3 pt shooting is this team's only achilles heel outside of injury, so I thought that was vital.
