HIPAA

i looked up HIPAA under basketball slang, but it didn't register.
when I just looked it up it was HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT of 1996. so in this context are we talking about his info being protected as privacy?
just asking cuz i didn't follow the meaning ...

I am concerned. Doc is a minor, if not a major, public person in Spokane and environs. Our collective inability to reach him -- or elicit a response from him or anyone -- is odd to me.

Bump....still wondering how Doc is doing and hoping he is ok. Perhaps he is just disgruntled with this Board and opting out, which is of course fine, but would nice if someone could confirm one way or the other.

Maybe krozman is right and we just need to get this thread to 20 pages before he will chime in!
