“No team in the country has a better winning percentage against power conference teams since 2017 than Gonzaga... the Zags are playing above average teams in the best leagues in the country and winning 78% of the time.”

The season is still young. We are only eight games in and the Red Raiders have nine transfers this season. It would be foolish to expect a new head coach with new assistant coaches and so many new players to be clicking on all cylinders so soon. While I’m sure there will be a few more bumps in the road this season (maybe Gonzaga), fans can see that there is real talent on this roster. They just need more time to gel and gain comfort in the new offensive philosophy. Fans forget but it really wasn’t until mid-February before the 2019 Final Four team gelled. Let’s just hope they get it figured out by February 1st.
Reading the above description about Texas Tech one can easily substitute the name Gonzaga for TTech and it makes perfect sense; these are similar teams....still trying to gel but confident in the talent they have assembled. Just gotta fine tune some things.Even though I care a lot about my basketball opinions, they are like comparing a bicycle to a championship motorcycle who is our coach. . ZagsGoZags

In the lead up to the game, I will be making a series of theologically-inspired jokes at the expense of Gonzaga, a fine Jesuit school (I am Catholic so I'm already preparing my penance).
Jokes such as: there aren't enough Papal indulgences for the hurt GSU will inflict on the 'Zags.
Or, for example: GSU will beat Gonzaga so soundly, the school and HC Mark Few will have their own Great Schism.
I could probably do this four or five more times."Originally posted by Coach FewWe are not here as a #%$&%&! Courtesy!!!

If they played in the sec they'd lose a couple of games to nobodies and play 500 ball against Arkansas, Auburn, Tenner and Kentucky. They beat an overly high ranked Texas, lost to Duke, beat UCLA, lost to Alabama, split with St. Marys, and the rest was filler.
I'm more worried about the refs than I am the Zags. I'm more worried about the big stick figure white boy than I am the big porn stache white boy. We do not have to have an outstanding shooting night to beat them, just a good one. Get a game where both Umude and Notae are hitting and we win going away, sans refs rateffing us.The GUB Resource Library: Links to: Stats, Blogs, Brackets, & More. . .
