The bad part about this, in my opinion, is that in August he was asked if he was vaccinated. He replied that he was immunized.
He requested the NFL allow him to use alternative treatment, and they said no. He has not followed any of the mandated protocols for unvaccinated players or staff, masking etc.
The Freddy and Fitzsimmon show speculated that the NFL and the Packers would both decline to put any more punishment on one of the faces of the NFL and on a franchise that is also one of the storied franchises.

In my opinion, once again...that sucks.

Second point is that anybody at the very top of a field has a halo effect whereby they imagine themselves as also experts in other fields. Aaron is arrogant to the nth degree and this leads one to believe they know best not just in dissecting blitz packages but in understanding virology, immunology, and public health measures. It's why physicians tend to make risky private pilots and why, even in medicine, I place trust in specialists in a specific field over those with an MD or DO or PhD in generally unrelated areas.

No I should have clarified that clearly as a couple they have alternative views of medical treatments...but yes, this one is 100% on him. His passive aggressive approach to almost everything has sure alienated a large portion of his fan base here in WI.

Not really... He blames everyone else but himself from everything I have read. He credits himself for doing great research and being so brilliant. He continues to lie though. He says he followed all COVID protocols, yet it is very well documented that as an UNVACCINATED person he did no such thing. He also compares himself to Martin Luther King. His last excuse was he was allergic to mRNA ingredients... so J&J should have worked for him.

Wow...that was a litany of stupidity. I count at least 5 medically completely wrong statements just among that blurb (I won't mention the even more logical fallacies). I went and looked up the full thing, and it's nearly entirely twisted, disingenuous crap. He had actual medical experts tell him the facts about COVID and the vaccines, and he went for Joe Rogan's "research" and Ivermectin and homeopathy instead. What a selfish turd.
