    Default Katz top OOC games

    Katz top OPC games…

    1. Gonzaga vs. UCLA, Nov. 23 (Las Vegas): This is a rematch of the epic national semifinal game. Both teams have a legit claim on the No. 1 ranking early in the season.

    2. Duke vs. Kentucky, Nov. 9 Champions Classic (NYC): Coach K’s last season opener comes against rival Kentucky and John Calipari at the Garden. Yes, please!

    3. Villanova at UCLA, Nov. 12: The Bruins are playing a national non-conference schedule and Jay Wright didn’t hesitate to test his fellow contender with a true road game early in the season.

    4. Texas at Gonzaga, Nov. 13: The Longhorns have the transfers in place to make a Final Four run and this game at The Kennel will challenge his group as much as any game this season.

    5. Gonzaga vs. Duke, Nov. 26 (Las Vegas): Chet Holmgren versus Paolo Banchero. NBA personnel will flock to this matchup.

But none in the second ten! LOL

I guess it's true. The Zags don't play anyone.
    I'm laughing. Why aren't you?

Wondering how many board members will be in Vegas for both Zags vs UCLA (11/23) and Zags vs Duke (11/26). We gotta get Woohoo and his son there just so we can all enjoy his recaps and pics of the greatest Zags road trip in regular season history.

I read an article about Coach K and his upcoming season long retirement tour. He remained in Durham all summer long and the team all took summer classes during each summer term so they could all be prepping for the season together (per NCAA practice rules, of course). It’s a championship or bust year for Coach K and his ego. No low key, humble retirement announcement at the end of a season for him (thank you, Roy Williams); he wants all the media hype all season long.
He can move 15 ft to the left or right about as fast as my eyes can see it, his name could just as well be Hunter Hustle -ZagsGoZags 11/17/21

It's been quite a ride, Bart, hasn't it.
    Go ZAGS!

Only watching the ball, misses at least 80% of the game.

Bama is a real up and coming program that just landed a five star guard (not for this season) that we were interested in, can't recall his name.

I don't know a lot of specifics but they have one hell of a coach.
