    didn't Sallis come in at #5 and soon after was ranking in the teens?

    don't think he was ever quite that high, but the drop came after a relatively lackluster performance at one of the "all-american" camps...

    I didn't realize this, but Suggs was as high as #2 on 247 two years before he committed to GU (in April 2020). Chet was 57th two years before his commitment (in April 2021).

    They only dropped Jalen one spot after his commitment, from 12th to 13th.

    Looks like Few and staff found a jewel. Glad he’s coming. There will be more but he’ll be greeted by more superb players.

    bigs are always harder to project...and it seems raw bigs have become devalued in recent years, especially in terms of the draft.
    looking back, evaluators missed how much the lack of skills would impact moussa cisse
    on the other hand, baylor showed you only need a couple athletic bigs to dunk, defend and rebound if you have great guard play...high hopes for kperry
    guys like gregg and huff don't have much margin for error...need to be great offensively because will likely be liabilities on d
