I think there is now a "destiny" factor there that wasn't before.
It is infected all of them but Suggs makes it "go."
Absolutely and a reminder for all of us to take a moment and really appreciate what we've all seen and experienced. I believe we're witnessing a generational talent and the embryonic stages of the legend that will surely follow, irregardless of tomorrow's outcome.

Very well said.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Suggs has received some criticism on this site for mistakes, playing too fast, and other comments indicating his lack of experience. I think it is important that until this year, his first love was football, and that undoubtedly occupied a larger share of his time than basketball. Imagine how good he will be now that he is devoting the majority of his time to bbl. The other freshmen being compared with him are one-sport athletes. Suggs future is truly in front of him and I can't wait to see more.
Minnesota owes their pick to Golden State this year. Not sure if there are protections or not. Regardless, the top pick hasn’t been determined as of yet.
The only hope we have for a better future is to come together and do everything we possibly can in order to achieve a sustainable existence. Everything else is folly of a broken foundation.

In the same vein, I saw this last night on twitter:
Shots of the year:
4. Johnson & Johnson
3. Moderna
2. Pfizer
1. Suggs
Good one!
Jalen was a huge factor in our win against UCLA no question, but I can't ignore the huge contributions of Joel, Timme and Corey and add Nembhard. Timme's so solid and reliable, Kispert was timely and Joel, holy cow he had a huge game. This win took a team but Jalen made the shot of the year no question plus steals and hustle beyond.
One of the greatest stories in basketball history...Gonzaga!

TWolves picks conveys to golden state of outside top 3. Based on lottery and current standings, there is a 60% chance it converts to warriors as the 4th pick. Before the shot, I thought Suggs would slip to 4 and allow Steph to play off the ball some. Now not so sure!
On that block sequence, Suggs had three great plays...not two.
First, the block itself...awesome. In my mind I had already counted the bucket for UCLA...no one except Suggs recovers to stop Riley(?) in that situation. Not Cunningham, not Garza, no one.
Second, he kept going and kept the ball in play. Most would have stopped...rejoicing or reveling in the block....and watched the ball trickle out of bounds. Suggs momentum carried him out of bounds, and I am still not sure he got both feet back in bounds before he grabbed the ball. This is reflex and energy that just can't be taught.
Third was the pass....I just wanted to highlight the play of keeping the ball in bounds....it three moves, inside of 10 seconds. Almost no one makes any of the three.
Few has spent 20 plus years telling his point guards to make the high % pass.....to make the simple play.....I bet he has not said that to Jalen...you don't tell Micky Mantle to cut down his swing......you don't tell Secretariat to slow down.....sure Jalen will strike out on occasion.....but he will hit more homeruns ...in addition to his physical skills....he makes instantaneous decisions .....there has never been a guard like him at Gonzaga
