Default GU vs Oklahoma - Predictions/Thoughts/What you do hope to see

    Zag vs Sooners.

How do the Zags do against a middling Big 12 team? Do the Zags continue their domination or do the Sooners have the answer?

What are you expecting to see on Monday? Hoping to see? Thoughts? Predictions?

I want to see us without those early careless turnovers. Other than that, keep doing what you normally do, share the ball, win by 30.

A more focused Timme, a slower Suggs, a more accurate Nemby and Watty 2.0.

I wouldn't mind it so much if the players received better food. I mean, c'mon, box lunches? That's bs.

    - would like to see suggs with a bounce back fell good, good game. build up his confidence (not that it is lacking or fragile) (but back too back poor outings might mess with his mind?)

    - would like to see us bottle up reaves or manek, that should put a real crimp in their offense without harmon
    - keeping the streak of victories above 10 points is important as oklahoma is use to playing close games. 13 of their last 14 games have been within 7 points, most just 4 points. they are 8-5 in those 13 games.

I would not expect the Zags to win by 30. OU has got too good of a team and Lon Kruger is too good of a head coach. From this juncture forward, I feel Zag fans need to remember the Jim Valvano saying "survive and advance." Just get to the next next round. That being said, the Zags have no business losing to OU.

The line is 14.5 and I suspect that's about right. (I realize it's not a "pick" just action both sides.

I think we best not foul them much, damn they're good from the line.

They have played a lot of tough games and will not be blown away by athleticism but may be by the speed.

I think the big difference is I'm sure Few had a decent tak with Suggs, "Slow down, just QB the team, you don't need to win the game, be you, we love you, you're going to shine, don't worry" - - which is what he needs to hear.

    Gonzaga 88>Oklahoma 72

I am hoping to see a great pace to this game, with Oklahoma trying to keep up with the Zags, but they wear down in the 2nd half. Zags pull away in last 12 minutes of the game.

Zags have a good plan on D, and their team work and chemistry is just beautiful to see again. Great game. It was great to see how awesome our reserves played last night. They are indeed a special bunch of future stars. Cook and Watson have another great game. Both are such great defensive players.

    Go Zags!

...but they’re getting a “free” education, aren’t they? That is the basis of Barkley’s argument for why the players should be content to allow the NCAA to reap all of the proceeds from using the players for commercial purposes, right? So the players asking for anything at all is simply elitist and self-centeredness! BOX LUNCHES ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH! (sarcasm)

If Suggs has another bad game, Zags 76- OU 68.
If Suggs plays well, Zags 87, OU 76

This could be a tough test. Oklahoma has played tough against West Virginia, Baylor, Kansas, Texas Tech, Texas, Alabama - winning several of those games.

Difficult to factor in the loss of a key Oklahoma player.
