GU vs Pepperdine (away) - Predictions/Thoughts/What you do hope to see

Return match against the Waves on this road trip. The Waves pushed the Zags last time... in the first half. Can Romar's Waves put a whole game together against them?

What are you hoping to see in Malibu? Expecting to see? Thoughts? Predictions?

Have at it boys and girls!

Waves just beat the BYUs and they gave us plenty to handle in at least half the game last time. Colby’s possible last time playing the mighty zags after seemingly 8 years at PEPP. And it’s on their home court’s floor. I expect plenty of focus and confidence from the waves and would not be surprised at a closer game than other conference contests.

Ultimately, I’ll go with zags by 20 as I think zags can just too easily and quickly find themselves in a 10-0 run, which will be harder to come by for PEPP. Let’s say 87-67

Walker Kessler is probably the only non-Zag, WCC player who can find a spot in our rotation. We've got 3 guys nicer than Colby, who is a terrific player.

              - half way thru the season, decent opponent, i'd like to see 36 minutes of focused defense and offense.
              - in other words a fully well played first and second half.

Zags will beat Kessler Edwards' team, 85 - 77.

I would like to see Ross contained by Suggs, Cook, Nembhard. . .keep him from going ape-sh!t from beyond the arc.
