Lady Zag - South Dakota Tournament Thread

End of 3 and the Lady Zags are down 6, 58-52.

Played very well at the start of the 3rd quarter hitting several 3s and even tied the game. Turnovers continued at the end of the 3rd quarter letting USC building up a lead.

Need to focus or this could get out of hand quickly in the 4th.

JT misses an easy lay-up and Destiny Henderson drives to the hoop for the basket and the foul. Chance for USC to get the lead back.

Poor defense on Henderson. Destiny just drives by the Zags and they foul her under the basket. Have to get back and get set, she is just too fast to guard on the run.

Pretty hard to win a game when your opponent shoots 30 more FTs than you do, especially when you miss all of yours.

Three chances to get a rebound after a missed free throw and the Zags can't box out, USC getting the rebound.

USC shows why they are a championship team.

SeaCat, USC had 30 foul shots before the Zags started fouling.

Zags had their chances but failed to capitalize.

Good first game, but good have been better.
