D-1 Council has voted in favor of giving an additional year of eligibility to winter athletes, a source told

D-1 Council has voted in favor of giving an additional year of eligibility to winter athletes, a source told

. Won’t be official until the close of tomorrow’s meeting since it could still be brought back for reconsideration.

It seems like w/o additional scholarships, that is going to muck up the years ahead. It also benefits the big schools with big budgets much more than those schools that are barely getting by, moneywise, as it is.
