Best quote from the article: "Our first day of training, the coach told us that the team [Gonzaga has] this year is the best and we have a great opportunity to make history for our school. We are the guys that can step up, and I believe have the potential to win the National Championship."

    we have such great recruits,
when i watched interviews of Pavel, i immediately became a fan of his,
    now
same thing for Ballo, these kids are just such great people.
    its so synergistic
the more the fans love the players the more the players love the fans,
and same with coaches, team-mates and the college at large. All boiling
together in the great cauldron of Zag Nation.

Imagine Ballo and Suggs on the fast break...we haven’t seen a broken backboard in a while.

I read the article. What a winner Ballo is. Great attitude, lots of confidence, clear sense of purpose. Can't wait to see him play and I hope he's a longtime NBA star too. Seems like a person of the highest level of character.

Meanwhile, there was a military coup this week in Oumar's home country. Hope everything is OK for his family. That's gotta be stressful.
