No 1 vs no 1... major league game on National TV. Yessssss!

Still 2 more games to make up for, cant wait to see who else we add.
From the linked article:Gonzaga is 5-0 all-time vs. Baylor.

Pretty sure the schedule as it was will have much more than two holes to fill. But this is the best news we’ve had in this dismal year.
I predict this game will be played at Baylor possibly with a return game to Gonzaga in the future. I don’t know how Baylor travels, but with the Zags flying charter it would be easier perhaps for us to keep our bubble intact. Since there won’t be any fans it really doesn’t matter that much where the game is played. Heck, I would even agree to a two for one under these circumstances. Maybe a three for two? It would be pretty cool to be 10-0 against Baylor. Sorta like our UW series.

That’s exciting. I had a fork stuck in this season. Maybe I can ease the fork a bit.
At least maybe we'll have a handful of made-for-TV games. I don't know how it works, but t seems that the networks would be highly interested in helping broker some entertaining match-ups.
In some ways, this one matchup might set the stage for more games for us and other teams still wanting to play games. It'll be important that this goes off without a hitch.
Im excited if this happens.
Love the zags for life
this has to be the best news of the week, no, of the month.
great job mark few, bold and can be safe if precautions are followed
role model for other top 25 teams

Parrish and Norlander talk at length about this game in today’s podcast. They are very bullish on the prospects of some sort of college basketball season happening, in large part because folks like Coach Few and Coach Drew are being so proactive in thinking outside the box and putting in flexibility to any plans made now.

Perhaps the relative success of the pro sports, which has become the vanguard in this, is starting to give people confidence that this is not a fool's errand.
I am quite certain the Mark Emmert and Mark Few have been reading my posts here where I thought the best way ahead was to be completely flexible and to look at creating bubbles of some sort! I am sure it is all because of me.
Seriously though, I am glad to hear that some of these coaches are leaning forward and recognizing that fact that things may well not be normal and planning ahead is the best way to be prepared to still get a season in. They are not sticking their heads in the sand and kicking the can down the road. Planning and flexibility is the key. Kudos to Few.

I wonder if Coach Few would be interested in "doing a Baylor" with Michigan. "Michigan’s Nov. 14 trip to Eugene for a matchup with the Oregon Ducks [has been] postponed."
