    Yes, as BYU continues to rise I have wondered if this makes a rematch in the big dance a possibility. Currently projected as a 6-seed by Lunardi and the last 5-seed in the bracket matrix . I'm guessing there's a good shot they end up on the 4 or 5 line opposite a 1-seed in the sweet 16. If they get placed out west that would be one doozy of a sweet 16 matchup: zags vs byu. Not sure I'd want to sign up for that one.

    I believe the announcers were referring to the 1 seed / 4 seed matchup game. No way for Michigan State to jump to a number 1 seed.

    IMO, there's only one thing that keeps GU up at night: the health of Killian Tillie. With Killian, we're Final Four potential. Without him, Sweet Sixteen is the ceiling.

    Even with Killian, we're running a 7 man rotation, doesn't leave much room for error/foul trouble. I'm not too worried about fatigue, because we have two games in 6-7 days, followed by a 9-10 day break until the first game in the Dance. The TV timeouts are much longer, too.

    I heard only two regions don't have Sunday games in the first weekend, so BYU would have to be in one of those.

    Yep... not so much for the early rounds. If by chance they make S16 or better they'd have to be in one of those regions.

    BYU could be in a different region and still be in Spokane. They wouldn’t be in the same session however.

    Down goes Kentucky !

    Kentucky led at the half 42 - 31. Game was tied 63 - 63 with 5:51 to play. Tenn wins 81 -73

    That's going to cost them a seed line

    Providence 80
    Xavier 74

    Friars have won 5 straight. It was a heckuva game. Tournament quality.

    Ed Cooley might be this year's Frank Martin. Providence, in their 5 game winning streak has beaten

    Seton Hall
    @Georgetown
    Marquette
    @Villanova
    Xavier

    They finish their regular season Saturday at home vs. DePaul. Before today, their NET ranking was 44. Ken Pom #46.
