Well, lookie what we have here. We let up on “pound it inside at all costs” and the offense looks a lot more fluid!

Are they tired from the thin lineup all year? This is not the same team from a month ago.

Our defense in no way shape or form is good enough to win a national title.

for me, the offense has to keep them in games, in the tournament, and pressure the other team's paint, and then the d can do it in fits and starts depending on the personnel and matchups. spurts. it's not ideal in the history of how to win big in March

Few has to make those Zag variables work in the equation, but the Zag D isn't a 40 minute hot house game in game out in any way

Timme and Gilder played with more energy than the starters in that first half. The last play was a perfect capstone to the first twenty minutes.

I think it’s time to start gilder again over Ayayi, its 5 on 4 out there again, like with meech. He’s not even looking to shoot. All confidence is gone right now. Missing switches time for a change.

And we need to stop sending our bigs to guard the guards near top of key, that’s not working either. Guards blow right past and no one in the center to stop easy layups

Personally, I'll take whatever we get in the tournament and call it a great year. My expectations going into this year were pretty low with all the new faces and then the injuries just added to that. Getting a high seed was way beyond my expectations.

Of course, I'd love them to get to the FF or Elite Eight, but I sure wouldn't bet on that.
