My New Year’s resolution was to do 20200 push-ups in 2020. I was on pace to reach the goal through about eight weeks. A few years back I set a goal of doing 100 push ups in a row without stopping. None of those half push ups perfect form on all 100. I worked on it for months. At this point I don't remember how many I eventually got up to. But i do remember I quit because my shoulders started to hurt.
