UCLA and Oregon State have gone to OT.

With just over 3 minutes left in OT, UCLA is now up 76-68.

OSU had 2 starters foul out including Pivec.

Dang it I was posting in the wrong thread. Beavs cannot finish games this season. Over and over they collapse at the end. I think they just lost hosting the first round. If they can pull off a miracle and beat Stanford at Maples maybe they'll move back up, but I have zero faith in this team. Crappy season.

Charlie Crème has not released his latest bracketology yet (look for it tomorrow afternoon), but he has been on the ESPNW halftime programs and said, before tonight's game OSU had dropped to a 4-seed line. With the loss tonight, the may very likely be move to a 5-seed line and if not today then certainly after a loss at Maples on Friday. OSU needs that signature win to get back into hosting and they just have not got it yet. One more chance on Friday, otherwise I think the Beavers will be traveling for the first and second rounds.

On the good side, with the OSU collapse and Iowa's loss, I think GU is no longer the last of the 4-seeds and might be as high as the #2, 4-seed. Just keep winning ladies and if things break right, you might still make it to the Top-10 this year.

I have nothing personally against Oregon St but they should fall pretty quickly....don't think they'll beat Stanford.....

I wonder if there is a chance the Beavers could end up in Spokane just like we ended up in Corvallis last year? I wouldn't mind that. They've had season injuries to two starters already this season, and two of their tall 6'9" players (including former top-10 recruit and #3 ranked European recruit) have yet to see the floor.

They're now 0-3 since 6-6 freshman Kennedy Brown went down.

Looks like Baylor might pull this out. I wonder if the weakness of the Big 12 this year is gonna hurt them? They've been able to basically sleepwalk/put it in cruise control ever since their early January game against UConn.

Yep, tied after the 3rd quarter, but then Baylor went on a 25-10 run in the 4th quarter to win 77-62.

Congrats to Baylor coach, Kim Mulkey, fastest D-1 coach, male or female, to 600 wins.

No upsets so far. #1 South Carolina beat LSU 63-48, #16 Texas A&M beat Georgia 64-47, #17 Florida St. beat Wake Forest 78-67, #22 Arkansas beat Tennessee 83-75 (Vols on a 5 game losing streak and only have 1 semi quality win all season over LSU).

NC State is tied w/ Miami at 22 at the half, and Mompremier isn't playing for the Canes. Seems like every year the Wolfpack has a gaudy record but it's hard to tell for sure how good they actually are.

Purdue trailing Michigan St. by 2 w/ 20 seconds left, game is in West Lafayette. That would be a bad loss to a struggling MSU team.

Several games today featuring Top-25 teams, but not too many look like potential upsets that could help our lady zags. Perhaps the biggest game and the game with the most important stats for Gonzaga Wbb is:

    #15 Oregon State (19-7, 7-7 Pac-12) vs #4 Stanford (23-3, 12-2 Pac-12) in Stanford, CA @ 8:00 PM PT

OSU needs to win to help them get a signature victory and solidify their spot on the #4-seed line. A loss by OSU and they may drop off the #4-seed line and have to travel for the 1st and 2nd rounds of the tournament. A loss by OSU would likely help the Lady Zags solidify their spot on the #4-seed line. The Zags still need to win out to host, but being anywhere but the last spot on the #4-seed line is better for them. A Stanford win will also help the Lady Zag RPI.

Come on Cardinal, give the lady zags a helping hand tonight.

Utah made a bit of a run, but Arizona showing they are much more than a 1 woman team getting the 85-69 road win.

The LA schools have their hands full on their Washington swing so far, UW and WSU both leading at the half.

Ionescu w/ yet another triple double (in 3 quarters) and Oregon cruised past Cal.

    UCLA beat WSU 70-62.

Stanford up 9 starting Q4 against OSU. Beavs have been out of synch most of the year. Rueck is one frustrated coach. Normally really calm, he's been picking up T's this year.

Gutty come back by OSU, cut a 14 point lead down to 3. Bricked a potential game tying shot at the end. Terrible rotten luck season continues for OSU, lost so many close games this year. Unbelievably they are now under .500 in conference.

several games were so close but the ranked team always seem to pull it out....glad MOst won and glad Stanford won......

CLF talked about perhaps getting down to Arizona next season.....that would be good.....scheduling Arizona or State if they accepted it would be wonderful...even Grand Canyon.....Texas Tech?......close enough for the Wirth family...

Colorado wins 50-38. No McDonald again today, put a big asterisk next to that one.

Utah about to knock off Arizona St.

Washington leading UCLA at the half.
