SCU running on the Zags and getting 3s, hitting the low block in the 1/2 court

Zags need to make shots to help their D, slow things down

Mostly attacking Petrusev or getting him off switches.

Hitting a couple open 3's as well
Two of those threes was due to peruses being lazy

    This.

I'd be willing to bet Pavel is naturally a better defender than Filip.

He may get lost from time to time yet in terms of simple defensive fundamentals and one on one defense, likely an upgrade

just like that, out of the timeout, Tillie on the low block to the basket, foul, slow SCU down

Petrusev literally standing around this half.

On every shot he stops moving.

Not just lazy but actually standing up and just watching the shot.

I get its tough to stay motivated up 25 yet he is the last person to give up on defense...

It's the one area which will keep him from being the lottery pick he envisions himself being

as cold as Tillie has been last couple games, his defense has been pretty stout.

re. Petro's D, it's been like this all year, the question is always how will the Zags mask it. I won't say that again

so what screen/roll D are they running, how wil they get Petro involved on O to offset that and put fouls on the other bigs, etc.

Gilder comes up limping a bit after last defensive possession.

Man, refs have really regressed this half. Some blantant non calls and incorrect calls

Would love to see Tils play the 5. So many skills beyond Petro.

Petro rates as poorest Zag big in years. Granted, very high bar.

Their FT offense has been offensive, too.
