Weasel Self. Testing the wind. Pre-empts tougher sanctions. Looks the stand up guy. Reinstates the kid in 2-3 games.

Kansas forward Silvio De Sousa has been suspended indefinitely for his role in the Jawhawks' brawl with Kansas State on Tuesday night. Kansas announced the suspension Wednesday in a statement from coach Bill Self.

Strategy is containment. Red meat for media and sensible fans. It always blows over. Then he ASAP reinstates the instigator. Vitale’ s call for season ban is reasonable but will never fly. Jason Chopper Williams is pathetic; not a surprise. He all but dismissed the wielding of the chair.....

Consider the source — individual as well as program.

I was watching another fight on another channel - every other channel.

Sounds like I missed out on something terribly ugly.

Kansas ought to be considering replacing everyone. It is a great school, it should have more pride than this.

Anyone think this gives the NCAA a chance to deal with Self?

    Light.

Kansas forward Silvio De Sousa will miss 12 games as he was among four players suspended by the Big 12 on Wednesday for their roles in a brawl between the Jayhawks and Kansas State on Tuesday night. In addition to De Sousa's suspension, which was the stiffest of the four, the Jayhawks' David McCormack received a two-game ban. For Kansas State, James Love will miss eight games, while Antonio Gordon must sit for three games.

KU? Punished? Ha! After all, they are the greatest program in the history of any sport. Pay heed, and all!

Wolverines down 12 with 5:32 to play. Within the B1G conference play so far, home teams are 45 - 12. Penn State's win @ UM is a rarity.

Dayton, Auburn, Syracuse and Xavier win.

De Sousa plays 8 minutes a game. He was a bench warmer on the floor at the end of a blowout.

Kansas may have to phone in the rest of the season.

UNC 67, VA TECH 67 at the end of OT. 2OT coming up. UNC had 13 seconds left and fiddle-farted away most of the time dribbling on the perimeter before jacking up a prayer. . .nauseating to watch.

Our win over UNC is now closer to Q4 than Q2. They were sitting right in the middle of Q3.
