Default GU vs LMU - Predictions/Thoughts/What you do hope to see

Getting this up while USD is still going on. Zags visiting Loyola Marymount. LMU managed a whopping 38 points against BYU last game. Take that for what it is worth.

What are you expecting to see? What are you hoping to see? Thoughts? Predictions?

Have at it boys and girls!

Based on tonight's effort, I expect to see another blowout.

    I'll say -

    Zags - 94
University of Loyola Marymount - 58
My posts indicate that I don't seem to follow college basketball all that closely.

There needs to be another early TKO like we saw tonight. Don't mess around, be the hunter.

    Well, LMU beat SD ......
Not quite sure the Zags will score as many points at LMU as in the Slim Gym - unless Tillie comes alive. Hope so!
I also hope to see a bit better D by Filip and lots of bench points in the 2nd half. Think we’ll see Ayayi score well again
We might also see Watson scoring a few

    And all stay healthy!

I hope to see Gersten Pavilion half-full (or more) of Zags fans. I'll be at the LMU campus most of the day; hopefully I can meet a player or two. And of course, I will be wearing my Zag swag proudly.

LMU is constructed much the same way San Diego is. They have a good scoring guard (Scott) who averages 16 ppg, and a forward (Alipiev) averaging 11 ppg. Like SDU they are not tall, although they have a 7 foot Freshman who doesn't really play much. They look bad defensively as well; so I gave the Zags quite a few points.

Hope to see Watson continue to play strong and score a few more points. Hope to see the team continue to execute the coaches game plans. This is a big key. Finally hope to see continued good free throw shooting in the 70% range. Keep it up boys.

    Go Zags!!!

Love taking this quick road trip up from SD - lmu a very easy venue to get to and into. Bummed to be missing out due to soccer tournament this weekend. 1PM tipoff...Why???

Hope for another drubbing w/ no injuries on either side.

Thinking we see much of the same... butt whooping in the first half with intense D and then early in the second the bench starts getting minutes slowing Zags score down a touch.

See Tillie get his stroke going reliably, will be extremely difficult to beat this team.

Gonzaga wins 93-58. Lanes seemed to open for Ayayi last game. I’m okay watching that again.
