Respect the Game. Respect the Zags. Respect each other.
"Cecilia" by Simon & Garfunkel missed the list, but a snappy tune in it's day

My actual vote goes to Michael Jackson’s, Billie Jean.
That opening drum groove and bass line is about as perfect as music can be. It is so amazing in its simplicity.
There are considerably less good songs with men's names in the title![]()
I won't vote.
I think Layla is probably the best, but as a (former) musician, I like Rhiannon and Maggie May (not in either order) probably more.
I like Lola and Angie, of those on the list. ALL the others that have been suggested are great too. There isn't just one.
I think I used to date miss Cowbell. At least her name rings a bell. Maybe her face too.
It's not funny.
I voted for Angie just because I like the Stones.
If Althea by the Grateful Dead was listed I would have gone with that.

Barbara Ann ~ The Beach Boys
Windy ~ The Association
There's also "Jamie" (which only really awesome women are named) and "Suzanne" both by Weezer.
I voted for Alison since I'm a huge Elvis Costello fan and I love that song.
But honestly his song, "Veronica" takes the cake for me. It's about his grandmother, and the simple video is heartbreaking and amazing. Paul McCartney plays bass and shares songwriting credit.
