Watson, just as shoulder gets feeling good enough to block a great shot and … reinjures the shoulder.

Just not worth it long term for Watson.

Honestly do surgery now. Use entire offseason to rehab and get ready for next season

If/when he elects to do surgery in late March, he will be on schedule to return by October. Assuming all goes well.

Basically by passing any time to work on bball skills.

Doing surgery now would give him an extra 3 months to work on his game.

Josh was 4 years into playing at GU and easier time jumping back into action
