    Default GUnit of the Game - @ Arizona - 12. 14. 19

    STATS: http://stats.statbroadcast.com/broadcast/?id=277409

Zags beat the McKale Center hex and put their hat in the ring for Top 5 consideration. Great road win, maybe one of the best ever ?

They still suck at the free throw line: 17 - 30. That will cost them if they can't do better . They were outrebounded 44-43. Arizona was 36-78 from the field. GU was 26-61.

    Wildcats scored 7 points in the last 28 seconds, and had a 15 -1 run over 1:25. . .Zags win by 4, 84 - 80.

Gonzaga has 9 straight wins vs. opponents from the "Conference of Champions"

Who gets your vote as tonight's player of the game, Zag Nation ? Tough to single out one Zag-- it was a team effort.

Kispert. Would've been Tillie had he not rolled his ankle.

Kispert. The flow of the game changed when he went out with his 3rd foul. We regained control when he came back.

Petrusev drew a ton of fouls and most importantly didn't foul out himself. With Watson out, Timme and TILLIE in foul trouble, he's gotta get my vote. Big games by Kispert, Gilder, Ayayi and Woolridge though

Woolridge for getting Mannion to build a brickwall with his shooting

Gilder provided a huge lift with 16 points off the bench: 4-4 from three, 2-3 from the free throw line, grabbed eight rebounds and chipped in three assists.

Gilder came alive when the team needed him. At least three honorable mentions. Another super team game.

I was just writting this. He did this off the bench.

Timme had a sneaky good game as well.

I voted Gilder. He hit big shot after big shot. I have been waiting for him to step up and he did.

Petrusev, according to the broadcast, drew 8 fouls. That's huge!
    Plus a good stat line.

    - I sense a movement towards gilder.
    - listen he was 4 ro 4 from 3, made 2 or 3 at the line, and grabbed I think 8 boards.....

    - I know woolridge did a fair job on defense, but on offense he was out of control often, and nearly cost us the game with his last second lay in miss, could have dribbled out the game practically.

    Except free throw %.

I'm glad he showed some fire tonight. He needs to start playing with that in every game.

Noted. If they had lost, I would have been personally responsible for them collapsing under the weight of the moment. . .

I think Ayayi’s contributions are being underestimated in this poll. He played amazing defense, hit some big shots when the Zags were down, made hustle plays all game, and made a lot of great passes. Shout out to the team for the best defense I’ve seen all season!

Tillie had a good 5 min stretch yet at least 3, maybe 4 players deserve it ahead of him tonight imo

Hoping hes ok for UNC though, will desperately be needed
