Default Brandon Clarke on pace for most efficient NBA rookie year... ever

Sorry to re-post this link here in its own thread, since I know it's an "old dogs" kind of topic, but I thought it might be appreciated by the folks who don't see all the subforums. If it's not appropriate, I won't have my feelings hurt if the post is deleted or moved.

We were sure fortunate to have BC playing at Gonzaga last year. It would have been fun to be a fly on the wall during some of the practices and drills during his redshirt year. We really could have used his putback dunks and authoritative rebounding with all the missed shots and chippy play in the Bahamas games. I couldn't have been the only Zag fan just waiting for Brandon to fly in for the resounding dunk after a missed bunny.

Here's the article on his stats so far as an NBA rookie on a struggling team:

Nice find Ltown. Unfortunately the follow up from this afternoon says he's out with an oblique injury and is week to week.

Love to see both BC and Rui in the rookie game and The Bonus in the ASG.

Memphis Grizzlies rookie Brandon Clarke is considered to be week-to-week with a sore left oblique muscle after aggravating the injury on Sunday, the team announced.

Clarke re-injured himself in the first half against the Minnesota Timberwolves and did not return to the game after he was questionable to play in that matchup. He did not play Monday against the Indiana Pacers due to soreness in the area.

Looking at it Sabonis has a genuine shot right now. Giannis/Siakim/Embiid are clearly ahead but after that it's a crapshoot for Eastern bigs. Griffin has ~20 games to make a case after his injury but beyond that I'm liking Sabonis' chances at the moment.

Nice highlight package of BC's 27 point game vs. OKC

He's not slowing down with his efficiency... Still godly shooting splits at 65/47/75...
