    You really don't have a lot of game planning to do in a tournament like this where you don't know who you are playing until the night before you play. Especially when your focus is on getting players healthy enough to play.

    Martelli and Howard make a great coaching team. If Michigan can hold on to them for a few years, they’ll hang a lot of banners in Ann Arbor.

    not to pick on the guy but he makes half of them and the vibe of the game would have been different, but I credit MI with doing just what they wanted and physically kicking butt on ever big Zag today

    what's the response? don't know, but this team also beat Oregon last night in OT

    Yeah, our freshman and sophomore bigs learned a lot today. But game planning isnt an excuse. None of these teams in the tournament game planned.
