I will absolutely watch the Oregon game after our game; I'm a big fan of Payton Pritchard. I just love his game !

Will be pulling for Dayton this afternoon. If ever a town deserved some respite from turmoil & tragedy, it's Dayton. . .

    https://theathletic.com/1414244/2019...ing-tornadoes/

It feels, of course, a bit naive, and maybe a little degrading, to point to something such as college basketball as any kind of reconciler for such rock-you-to-your-core events. In most places, that would be the case. But most places are not Dayton, Ohio. In Dayton, college basketball is as omnipresent as the gifts of nature. It’s the sun, the moon, and the Dayton Flyers.

“I think it is a relationship that transcends games,” UD athletic director Neil Sullivan says.

Michigan remains undefeated, knocking off Iowa State 83 - 76.

A lot of slipping on that court.

Michigan State up just 3 points at the half against a terrible UCLA who just got trounced by BYU and who lost at home to Hofstra.

    MSU isn't a top5 and probably isn't a top10 team. Maybe 12-18ish?

Their performance puts the Zags' preseason beating of them in context.

I'm not saying to count out MSU/Izzo's chances in March, and I'm not saying they aren't top 20, but clearly the #1 preseason ranking wasn't given to the nation's best team.

    Noticed that.

Really unfortunate, they rarely find the right humidity levels in these type of tourneys.

The Caribbean tourney last year saw several injuries, including one season ending due to slippery court.

    Dangerous and risky

Hope all remain safe throughout the entire tourney

Kansas vs. Dayton being played at a high level. Flyers look like they can hang with the JayHawks. Good warm-up before the Zags game

    Really enjoying this game.

Dayton is fun to watch, very fluid on defense and quick all around the court.

Tallest starter only 6'7", yet have some size off bench.

Kansas towers over them yet not as quick

Planned to watch the game, yet too depressed over our injury woes to rally for it, and get excited.

I finished watching " The Irishman" on my laptop, left the Oregon game on the TV with the sound off. . .

ETA: San Diego beat Hofstra, 79 - 69. Braun Hartfield led USD with 25 points, 12 rebs, 3 assists.
