Watched the game. Bonus was everywhere. Spinning drives to the hoop, soaring dunks, hook shots, picture perfect screen and rolls and pick and pop threes. Gobbling up boards. He did have trouble stopping Howard but on several occasions he was on an island against Lebron and shut him down. He’s incredible. Has to be an all-star selection.

I know his father was truly special, but watching things like this makes me wonder if Domas might be closer to his father's greatness than I think many of us ever expected. I'm loving it.

In fairness, Olynyk wasn't guarding Sabonis. He was coming over to help after the loose ball was recovered by the Pacers and Sabonis made the basket cut, but he got there too late. Maybe not great defense, but not matador defense (which would imply Sabonis blew right by him).

Tacko Fall (a total of 10 minutes played this season) has twice as many votes as Domas for the All-Star game. NBA is a joke.

Bear in mind it's only 50% of the vote and only matters for the starters. Yeah fan voting is silly but at least its' impact is mitgated.

Sabonis had no chance of winning a starting spot in the fan vote regardless. And the fan vote is irrelevant when the reserves are selected so ultimately it's much ado about nothing.

The NBA isn’t NASA. The NBA is showbiz.

AND IMO it really isn’t basketball and hasn’t been for years...just entertainment/show biz...

BUT am happy Domas is doing well, in fact BC, and Rui are all doing well and it appears that KO is holding his own too...

Nigel is not yet experiencing any success BUT is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet!
