Default GU vs North Dakota - Predictions/Thoughts/What you do hope to see

Zags are facing the Fighting Hawks of North Dakota.

ND is coming in off an 86-61 exhibition win... so take that for what it is worth. That is their full body of work so far.

What are you hoping to see in this game? What are you expecting to see? Thoughts? Predictions?

I only want one thing. I want the WCC-tv streaming feed to work with full audio, full video, and no hiccups. I'm not asking for absolution here, I would just like 40 minutes of error-free basketball, delivered to my laptop. I'm not worried about the A&M game; I can watch that on an actual television.

Not much height. Tallest players are 6' 9". Our bigs should dominate once again.

I hope to continue to see good outside, Ninja shooting. I would like to see NDakota play tough defense but I'm not sure if they can. I am really enjoying Ayayi's style of play. He's a very good back up guard, which is really good for the Zags because this was an area many of us fans worried about. The more I see Ayayi play I am able to understand why Few is so high on him. He has really matured in a great way. I hope to see more of Arlauskas. I like his game a lot. I would like to see if any Zags have a mid-range game like Rui had, but that would require NDakota playing tough defense.

When I miss by quite a bit it is always that I go too low with Zag scoring.

ND seems to be a step up in conference and team, I suspect the Zags also step up their game.

Want to see good continued ball movement especially cutting inside. Kispert has to prove he's a formidable weapon on offense now with Tillie still out bc Watson is the best player till Tillia is back and healthy, something's going to have to give IMO. I'd rather Kispert play really well as to make any decision harder.

I'd like to see our PG play pain free, too.

    Zags win 92-61.

I want to see one of our bigs out-rebound our backup point guard. On second thought, I’d love to see our backup point guard record a triple-double. I think he’ll get one at some point.

Isn't it wonderful to see? Can't think of a more deserving kid. Kept faith, kept working, now unleashed.

    Better angles for entry passes.
    Better spacing on breaks.
    Quicker ball reversal.

Really enjoying watching the team's chemistry develop from game to game.

I have a soft spot in my heart for North Dakota, having spent my first 20 years of life there. But this is not Phil Jackson and Jimmy Hester's UND team from the late 1960's. The Sioux hang in the game for a half before Zag's superior talent forges another victory. I look for Joel Ayayi to keep turning heads and filling out the stat sheet.
