I’m still shell shocked over the Ravet news but really like what I’m seeing so far. I’m especially pleased with the defensive strategy. Few almost never plays full court press but we saw three consecutive turnovers with the press earlier.

Not even halftime yet, and Drew is a blocking machine. I see good things ahead for him.

Nice to see this level of defensive effort.

Wow! Watson and Timme are impact players for this team. Zags looking great. Love the new guards’ D.

So, we’re starting Watson over Kispert, right?

With no offense to Kispert, ravet was out best long range threat until Tillie comes back

I was going to say the same thing. I realize its the first game, but for so much hype coming into this season his jumper still has no confidence. People are gonna get mad but new year same Kispert.

Haven’t looked at box score but feels pretty balanced on offense so far?

Joel looks much more comfortable this year.

Looks like Ayayi is going to be one of the bigger 3pt threats this season

So far Few is running a 7 man rotation. I'd like to see Zakharov get out on the floor.

His shot is definitely off tonight, but this is pretty harsh. He did score 28 against Michigan St.

Seems pretty clear that this is the same rotation Few played against Michigan St. Want to see what we get from Zakhorov and Arlauskas in the second half.

Maybe he has more confidence when there are no crowds and no cameras. Like I said its one game, but every time he shoots it you can tell is off. Just looks awkward like hes got no confidence. I hope the shot improves but not going to sugar coat it, it looks bad.

I always suspected Arlauskas would Redshirt (still can play tonight tho). should be interesting with no timable return on Ravet

Man I’m gonna have a lot of fun watching this team! I can already tell Anton’s going to be one of my favorite players ever. He was so awesome at the top of the press! Also like what I see from the guards. Excited for the season!

I’m fairly happy with what I’ve seen with Ayayi so far. We are gonna need him

Timme and Watson kind of remind me of Tillie and Collins from that national championship game - a couple of exciting freshman bigs to come in off the bench (once Tillie is back and starting)
