Default Is there a chance GU Men could play in Spokane?

Thought NCAA wouldn't allow GU to be placed in Spokane for RD 1/2. I'm confused (big surprise!).

    Can anyone clarify?

    Thanks!

Yes they can and if they get a Top 4 seed then it is virtually guaranteed. Picked up my tourney tickets a couple of days ago. It's never worked out for Zags to be good enough to get a protected seed when the tourney is in Spokane so hopefully this will be the year. Really hoping for both the Zags and the Huskies which is very possible if UW recruits live up to the hype.

The NCAA rule is that a home court is deemed a home court if the team plays there 3 or more times. Since the Zags won't play at Spokane Arena at all this season, they are totally good to go if they get a high enough seed.
