Zags squeak out a win 75-70!

WE are in a serious rut. Since the Oregon game, we have been sub-30 as an average for 2 of the 9 games... Average score for the Pepperdine game... 59.1429

Lets look at the numbers... if we must.... I am going to start with the positive... we all but nailed the Waves score... overshooting by 0.6286. We got clobbered on the Zags score... overshooting by 15.4857. Spread we overshot by 16.8571

Welp... It looks like when we Zig on our predictions well the Zags... Zag. While ugly, at least we did two things... we didn't break 100 and secondly it wasn't our worst this season... close... but we had two worse games. Average score for this game was 71.0465.

Yippee .... I mainly felt GU would hold USD to under 60 and that the Slim Gym was a good place to up the Zags pts/game average.
These Zags are an interesting collective. I certainly have no luck figuring out how individual Zags may do in any particular game. If one Zag isn’t scoring well another one is ... and often down into the bench. As D improves I think to win a prediction we’ll have to nail the score (there will be a gaggle of Zag fans close to the outcome). We’re now seeing how the rest of the WCC is shaping up. I think my chances of winning again are as slim as the Gym

Bayareazagfan score calculated as : (2*2)+(18*2)+16... or if you prefer (20*2)+16... for 56 points. Remember methodology rewards precision on scores so whatever the delta is on the scores themselves get multiplied by 2. Spread delta just gets added.
