    Smile It's DVR Time!

This's always a big deal for this fan -- the very first Zags game of the new season (Alabama State) shows up on my sports search, the first game that counts. For safety's sake my DVR is set up to record on two channels (Root Northwest being one). The long wait is almost over.

I'm not waiting for Nov 5th; I will find a way to stream the Lewis & Clark game, even if it takes all day.

    Can we get a Countdown? 5 Days.......5

I don't care what the calendar says, or what John Snow may or may not know, winter is almost over.

is KHQ always automatically broadcast on NW root sports?
if not any tips from anyone how people outside the immediate Spokane area can see the game?
Does anyone know when the official schedule will also post the networks ?

In another thread, you wrote: Lewis & Clark State game isn't on ROOT, it's already listed on the WCC website to stream.

    Still the case ?

It won't be streamed via wcc website, it is just listed as gonzaga schedule.

If anybody finds anything else, please share. Thanks

Grrrrr seriously? Why wouldn't they stream it? I already had plans to let me son stay up late on the east coast to watch it together!

On an "unrelated" note...how's the fishing in the NW this time of year? Anyone plan on visiting a fishing hole?

None of the WCC teams are showing up yet for men's basketball on W.tv. That just tells me they haven't updated the site, as all of the WCC teams streamed games last season.

Last season they definitely did not stream an exhibition game. Also, they changed something recently, because I was able to find it before.

Unhappy If a Spokane station's broadcasting the game, then why won't W.tv pick it up?

This's disappointing. We out-of-towners will at least be able to listen to the radio broadcast, yes? Through the GU Sports official site?

This is so dumb - of all the games, you'd think the least important one could be streamed on the WCC site.

You would think so, I guess they only going to stream a game during a conference play between two wcc teams which is not going to be shown on national tv like espn. I cannot recall watching a game via wcc website which was against non-wcc opponent, but I might be mistaken here. Anybody wants to correct me?

I'm positive they streamed a bunch of the cupcake OOC games last year.

You are correct; that's how I watched the Zags last season. I don't live in Spokane, so no KHQ or ROOT for me. I watched the ESPN games on my TV and the rest of the games on my 19 inch laptop.

As far as I know, KHQ is the only channel showing the Lewis & Clark game; ROOT is showing another sporting event that night. If the W.tv doesn't pick up the official stream, I will go the un-official route. I have a way to stream every NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB game, but college games are a bit trickier.

    Smile Fishies, fishies, anyone?

As another fan posted above, has anyone a fishing stream by which we out-of-towers might catch the game?

Any Bigscreen VR users out there? One person streams the game on their PC desktop, creates a private room in Bigscreen for viewing, and up to 12 people can hang out in that room and watch the game, with voice chat.

In this day and age, why can’t the administration set up a YouTube feed with student announcers. C’mon, man.

On the go zags.com website, it looks like all games will be broadcast on the tune in app. The 1st 30 days is a free trial, it's 9.99 per month after that.
