Huge night for the future Zag!
Kaden's next game might be one that those in the Portland/Vancouver area would like to see. Battle Ground faces Crater High from Central Point, Oregon in the MODA Center in Portland on Saturday, December 7. Nathan Bittle, the 6-11 junior ranked by some as a Top 20 recruit, will be his foe. Love to see a report from this game.
For those in the Seattle area, Battle Ground plays Mount Rainier next Tuesday, December 10, at 7 p.m. in Des Moines.

Good to see Perry outplayed the #1 prospect in Oregon --battle of the big men (Bittle ranked#13 in ESPNs top 60 for 2021).

How many stars, and why not more?

I think just starting to get noticed.
Matt McKay Jr. is a former NBA scout who is based out of the PNW and does scouting profiles he posts on his Twitter. Came away impressed last night and called Perry Brandon Clarke 2.0–I think Caldwell has made that comparison as well.
Clarke himself has made the comparison as well.
physical gifts, easy comparison, but Clarke had the experience, IQ, and intelligence that made him so effective so the comparison almost isnt fair to young Mr Perry, or at least the expectations that will go with the comparison. I want to see what Kaden can do as his own player without the stigma of being compared to someone who is right now the most efficient player in the National Basketball League.
On Dec 14, Kaden will face off against Jackson Grant, a 6’11’” Olympia High School player who has committed to the Huskies. It will be a good battle. Kaden will win. Our dominance continues.
Kaden Perry is a 5 Star Recruit right now hands down no questions about it. The scary part is that as gifted as he is he could still develop into an elite player with a little more offensive work on his end. I'm calling it right now he is a legitimate 1 and done at Gonzaga. He is a top 10 player in this recruiting class.
Kaden Perry had a game-high 18 points in the win over Kentwood. BATTLE GROUND 54, KENTWOOD 37
