I saw Rui's game last night and felt that it was one of his best games ever. His shooting was great. I've always believed he could shoot the 3 ball with accuracy ever since I first saw him play in the FIBA tournament a few years ago. I think Few restricted his shooting. One thing that I noticed last night is how quick Rui is. He has a great first step, and he consistently blows past his defender on his way to the basket. And of course once he gets to the hoop his strength makes him nearly unstoppable.

I also saw B. Clarke play and that was the worst team I've ever seen play the game. I felt sorry for him, really. He did look out of place. I've never seen such selfish basketball. And honestly, I couldn't really see how the players on his team ever got drafted. I could only stomach the game for about 10 min and then I turned it off.

Just look at the box score. The rest of the starting lineup shot a pretty lousy percentage from 3pt. Boston also got hot, but such is life. If Ja has been playing though...

That’s what the Summer League is all about, making a personal impression on coaches and general managers. Undrafted players are doing what they can to get a contract. The most recent game I saw Zach play had zero team play...zero.

From what I could tell... they were giving lesser players a bit more run. BC played limited minutes after his main stint in the first qtr.

That, or they were getting ejected:

I'm just going to bump this post from a week ago.

I've answered it in my mind: no.

Go BC, Go Grizzlies, and Allen should take a seat on a bench somewhere.

Yeah, a seat on the bench in the G League.

The Dukies are rallying to his defense after yesterday’s ejection.

LA was getting blown out today, however, they are down 1 late in the 4th.

Allen should have been sat his last season at Duke. Now, after viewing this last event(s), he's becoming a bit dangerous to other players with this stunt. I'd say the NBA, with all these events presently and in the past, may have to exit him from the league unless he gets some form of therapy. Liability is /should be a serious thought for the NBA.

As far as Grayson is concerned, I'm sure that at least a part of why he's still playing is the fact that controversial players get people talking and thus get ratings. I'm not saying it's a good thing, but ratings mean money.

Allen’s behavior is dangerous for his own team. Someone could get hurt in practice or in a game when the opposing team decides to pay back in kind.

Whatever ratings someone like Allen will garner, they’ll be swamped by the ratings provided by the Ja/Brandon show.

Someone needs to put Mr Allen's dental plan into effect with a forearm shiver. This would be retaliated in hockey or baseball.

Now 4-4 from deep in summer league.

He's on pace to be the best 3pt shooter in NBA history.
