    Default Who gets drafted first?

With Rui and Brandon both (more than likely) going in the first round. Who will get drafted first?

If a team wants a hardcore basketball player. I'd take Brandon. Can't say enough about him as a nice guy and player.
If a team needs a presence with lots of publicity and excitement with a very good player, probably Rui. A Lakers showtime type kid. A lot of angles to build on.

Those two kids combined will represent this university like few ever have. Both just superior players and people. As I said earlier, when each hits the floor, expect to see good players but also an ad for this wonderful program and this University. Can't ask for more.

Clarke should go first. He is more NBA ready right now. Hachimura is a bit of a project and will take more time to develop. N'est Pas.

Good news is I'd be able to see Rui more if he played for the Spurs.

Bad news is the antipathy towards the Spurs runs deep in the TZF household.

Rui is ready.....Brandon is a great college player but imo he will have to improve his 3 point shooting to play the modern NBA game...

Rui is 18 and his potential is higher and his personality and the fact that he is Japanese are other advantages.....he is the complete package...

    he will sell tickets...

Honestly, a really tough question. Went Rui... but, boy, did that mouse hover over BC for a bit before I clicked Rui.

I'm going with Rui. He was my favorite college player last season. He's awesome. The NBA likes offense over defense, imo. Rui can do so much offensively. He has also improved a lot defensively. I think the NBA world will love how he plays, and how he can dribble full-court like a guard. Rui will be a star in the NBA.

It’s a coin flip to me but I’m going to say Rui. I’d love to see either come to Minnesota to play for the Timberwolves.

    11-Rui to Timberwolves
    14-Brandon to Celtics
    43-Norvell to Timberwolves

This is as bad as Chevy and Ford, or more like Porche vs. Ferrari. LOL..

This is how I see it. I think however that Rui, by his second contract, will be an all-star.

For it me, it depends on team need: Excellent NBA-ready defense vs great offensive upside and enough athleticism to be a good defender.

Rui will go first and not necessarily because he will be the better player, but because he will generate the most income the first couple of years.

Lots of chatter that the Timberwolves are going to select Rui at 11.

LA and Hawaii have the largest US Japanese populations. By a huge margin. Lakers-Clippers?

It really does feel like a coin flip, but I think BC goes first, but Rui has a longer and more successful NBA career

1 for 3 is excellent in baseball.

Thrilled for Rui and will definitely see him playing for the Wizards sometime next season as I have lots of family in DC area.

Surprised Clarke went past #12 pick but works out great for him in terms of an upcoming team as he and #2 pick Ja Morant join 2018 #4 pick Jaren Jackson Jr.

I’m officially a Wizards and Grizzlies fan. Hope Norvell gets a look from 76’ers, who oddly chose another guard who cannot shoot in Matisse Thybulle.
