    I have to say, the total "American" side of the spectrum...we were treated to a meal at Masselow's at the Northern Quest Casino, just out of Spokane. The ABSOLUTE BEST Steak I have ever had.

    Sounds good.

    Lots of good salsas out there. Unfortunately, my first try of the year wasn't one of them.
