    Clarke

Rebounding was our standout stat against FSU. His blocks allowed us to keep pace with FSU’s blocks.
    Bonjour tristesse.

I was wondering if it had to do with the double-technical

I honestly think they screwed up.
    I’m pretty sure they did.

Gotta go with Norvell. 3pt shooting in first half and the big one late in 2nd half. Came when we really had to hold off the FSU charge. Defense in Mann. Took him out of the game. Big Time

Me too! I'm surprised more people didn't go that way, too. He was EVERYWHERE. May not have looked like it in the box score, but he was amazing.

Voted Clarke with Rui a close second. And BTW are the Rui bashers on this board enjoying their Crow?

Imagine if we lost by 1 or 2?

In the NCAA, the first possession of the second half goes to whoever has the possession arrow.

There are probably a half dozen posters that should be eating crow, but I'm not going back to the game thread to do an actual count.

That is what I was thinking too. I just looked at the play by play on espn and I didn't see any other jump balls. Maybe a double technical is the same as a jump ball.

How? They got the tip, and there were no jump balls in the first half.

I remember thinking after Josh's "And One" that we'd get to add to it, then it's all messed up.

I swear the refs did everything humanly possible to will this into a close game.

Speaking of Refs, did Michigan get a technical for not wearing white tonight?

    - I went with other..........the whole team, especially team defense. my word, to hold fsu to 58 points, block as many shots as they did. wonderful job team, good coaching.

Every single player made game winning plays during the hard fought battle. That's what makes Gonzaga such a great program. Guys picking up fellow players. Just an awsome group!!!

I went with Clarke but at various times in the game I was thinking Perkins, Rui, Tillie, Norvell. BTW Tillie only got credit for 1 block, I thought it was like 3. He sure altered a lot of shots though.

I think Tillie made so many defensive plays - his addition to the rotation has really been a difference maker

You are missing the point. Why did they have the possession arrow?
Noles won the opening tip. Zags have the possession arrow after that. No tie-ups in the first half. Possession arrow should have indicated Zag ball to open second half.

Having KIllian back is huge for us, if only to reduce the opportunities for Rui and Brandon to get into foul trouble.

As it stands right now. Michigan will get the ball in the 2nd half.
