Zach going off, but the maturity in his game imo was on display around the 3 minute mark, drove the ball after already establishing he's in the zone solar hot, but he got cut off, and instead of jacking anyway, swung to Josh who dimed BC at the rim

that kind of stuff with Zach, on top of microwave and play maker. decision maker stuff

This may sound weird in a game where we're up 20 at half (but we played about as well as we can), but it seems to me that Pepp is mentally tougher than past years.

I'm sorry but Corey has played most minutes of anyone not named Perkins tonight and should have been pulled awhile ago.

He is making mistake after mistake, missing shots, etc, yet keeps earning mins this game.

Biggest leash of any player in Mark Few era.

Jones and Petrusev both made plays while in yet hit and run minutes...dont get it, esp this game.

Just ride Kispert's defensive miscues, giving up open shots, 0-4 FG, fouls, late switches, etc. It's weird.

The mental mistakes are tough to explain.


Perhaps the reason is that Few desperately wants an upperclassmen with tons of experience going into next year, and has the luxury of allowing him to … grow?

I love how Petrusev gets up in guys along perimeter. Prevents the shot attempt.

Complete opposite of Kispert who stands 4 feet back, watches with one arm extended, and lunges late on shot attempt, which gives up the open attempts as he is 1 or 2 feet away from actually defending the face or shot.

Why sag off 3pt line when Clarke is at the rim?

Was home sick today and re watched the UNC game and parts of Tennessee game.

The reason I'm so sensitive on Kispert's perimeter defense is that he gave up at least 8 or 9 WIDE open 3's vs UNC. And he lunges the same way vs WCC teams no less.

And Kispert was Top 3 in minutes in both games after giving up so many shots/points in both games.

Getting really old by Corey, as old as my posts about his perimeter defense.

Sometimes he checks out but when he is engaged there is no one really better imo

W TV has not worked well for us missing more games than previous years. Unknown why. Same location in winter. Turning off ad blocker used to help. Now it just refuses to produce anything at all.
