I don't think Petrol looks rusty at all. And pretty impressed with his D so far, which hasn't been his strength this year. Like what I'm seeing all around

the D is amazing though, just taking everything away, forcing dribbles to nowhere on every possession seems like, and nowhere to pass to
And to reiterate, St. Mary's is a really efficient offensive team (11th on kenpom), and we're just shutting them down.

Randy ever been down 20 in the first half up there? If not and needs help, I know how to deal with that...warm up the bus.

Did St. Mary’s take an ad out in the Spokane paper or something? Yikes.

I agree defense has looked solid for first time this year IMO
offensively he is getting position early still little rushed but not bad at all

he must have gotten 9 minutes or so not bad run

What a half. Holding SMC to 20 in a half is a good day.

Pepperdine is unlike any team in WCC.

They look like an ACC team one game and a SWAC team the next.

    Just look at their schedule.

Big win followed by blow out loss.

a little rust early, adjusted well. agree on the D and loved the kickout from the double team to the open man

His D vs fellow bigs has been solid all season.

However we are unable to seamlessly switch with him vs guards or wings like we could with Tillie.

Tillie was like another guard along perimeter yet we have to protect Petrusev vs smaller players

Zags seem so focused these last couple of games. Honestly, they can beat anyone at this point.

Petrusev looks like he fits right in. Geno finally playing the way we knew he could. Just fantastic and fun.

    disagree
his post defense has been lazy many times with ticky tack over the back fouls instead of leveraged position

    Default Game Flow:

Look at that horizontal line at the end of the half:

Play Petrusev 18 of the 20 mins this half.

Just ride him rest of season.

Trial by fire, find his way, his niche, and the team to trust him.

It was a nerve racking 42-20 before that plateau.
