If I understood the Nick Emery investigation right, the NCAA tabled the investigation indefinitely, and only revisited the issue because Emery decided to return. He’s back, but he’s not the change agent he once was, or at least not yet.
Am I correct in thinking the NCAA wouldn’t have vacated those wins if Emery didn’t play again, or would the investigation still have been completed?
