    Default 2019 Players and Needs

    F/C: Clarke, Petrusev, Timme, Zakharov, Watson, Arlauskas
    G: Norvell, Kispert, Foster, Ayayi, Ravet

    That's only 11 scholarship players, and IF Norvell and Clarke return.

    Few has at least 2 more scholies to give. As you can see, the need is at guard. Harris can't get here fast enough, but there is zero depth at the guard position in 2019. PG, to be specific.

    I think it's fair to say we'll be seeing guards for 2019 coming via:

    1) High School
    or
    2) Overseas
    or
    3) Juco
    or
    4) Grad Transfer

    No doubt Few has this all figured out, but an interesting talking point, ntl.

    * Thanks, Zagdawg

    Wonder if Norville has any Jeremy Pargo type buddies back in Chicago ? If he does, tell him to bring him this direction. Would love to have a fearless attacker of the rim strong as a bull, like Pargo next year.

    That’s a lot of depth in the front court and on the wing. Point guard is really thin. Ayayi and Foster are listed as point guards, but they play more like small forwards.

    We need to get Harvey on campus and convince him to rejoin the 2019 class. He is a combo guard, but more of a PG than what we have so far.

    I’m really curious what the grad transfer market will look like for PGs. I’m assuming they will be putting a lot of energy there.
