J3 going 5/8 with 6 rebounds (so far, in 13 minutes).

That guy has the heart of a lion and is an all-time Zag as far as I'm concerned. What a classy ambassador for the university.

Wow. JW3 with a great game for the Lakers tonight. 17 points, 13 rebounds, an assist, a steal, and a block in 27 minutes in a losing effort vs. Kevin Durant's Warriors.

Lakers extend qualifying offer to JWIII making him a restricted free agent. Assuming he will play in summer league, will have 3 zags on the roster!

Looks like Joe Young signed the Lakers 2nd Two-way contract per the LA Times story. As Norvell has the other Two-way contract and As JWill appears to be playing for the Rockets Summer League team, I assume he must have declined the offer?

Quite honestly the best thing to happen to JW3 is to get out of that dysfunctional operation. He never fit in over there this year because he plays too much like a team player. The Rockets will end up signing him to a 2 way imho.

Israel isn’t a great domestic league but it is a EuroCup participant so he will have ample opportunity to show his stuff. He seems like a guy who could climb up to a EuroLeague club in a couple seasons.
