Lady Zags Announces 2018-19 Broadcast Schedule

Women’s Basketball Announces 2018-19 Broadcast Schedule

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Gonzaga women's basketball team will play on television at least seven times this season as the Bulldogs' television dates and final game times were announced by the school Wednesday afternoon.

Local television network, SWX, will broadcast six home games and one away game, all available locally. All home games and road conference games will also be streamed live on TheW.TV.

The television schedule begins with Gonzaga's regular season home-opener against Montana on Nov. 7 at 6 p.m.; Gonzaga's contest at Eastern Washington on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. will also be broadcast.

SWX will also broadcast Gonzaga's much-anticipated matchup with Pac-12 foe Stanford Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. This will mark the ninth time in program history that the Bulldogs have faced the Cardinal and the fourth time in Spokane. The Zags are 1-7 all-time against Stanford, picking up their lone win with a 68-63 victory in Stanford, Calif., on Nov. 18, 2016.

The nonconference broadcast schedule ends with Washington State on Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. SWX will also broadcast three conference matches including vs. Portland (Jan. 12, 2 p.m.), vs. Santa Clara (Jan. 26, 2 p.m.) and vs. BYU (Feb. 16, 2 p.m.).
