From Eurobasket:
Newly promoted Peristeri GS Athens (A1) strengthened their roster with addition of 29-year old American shooting guard Steven Gray (196-93kg-89, college: Gonzaga, agency: Octagon Europe). He played most recently at KK Zadar in Croatian Premijer Liga. In 16 games he recorded very impressive stats: 19.8ppg, 3.1rpg, 2.1apg and 2.1spg last season. Gray helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals. Good season as he was selected League Player of the Week. He also played for GS Lavrio that season where in 14 A1 games he averaged 10.3ppg, 2.6rpg and 2.4apg.

Gray has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2015.

Among other achievements he played in the final of Latvian League in 2012. Gray received also Eurobasket.com All-French ProA Honorable Mention award back in 2015.

Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America). Gray has played previously professionally in Lebanon (Tadamon), France (JDA Dijon, Gravelines Dunkerque and Chorale de Roanne) and Latvia (Ventspils).

He attended Gonzaga University until 2011 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
With the addition of Steven to the Greek League, we now have 4 former Zags playing in that league: Steven, Nigel with Olympiacos, Gary Bell with Aris, and Silas Melson with Lavrio. Should be fun to see the matchups!
