I would say that the Zags will have an eye on him, but he has a long ways to go to turn out to be what Drew is. That being said he is young still and Drew only exploded onto this scene last year/this summer.

Chet Holmgren plays for the same high school as Jalen Suggs. Obviously needs to add a great deal of strength but has a lot of skill/upside if he can add the weight. I believe he’s dad is a former player for the University of Minnesota.

I moved these post about Landdeck here out of respect for Brock, as they were posted in his personal thread.

Honestly, I highly doubt it at this point, as he is a small school Washington kid. Maybe if we get him to the team camp this summer things change.

Not from what I’ve heard either. He’s had a lot of big games this year, though.

The real catch at Cashmere is Hailey Van Lith. She has her pick of schools, including UConn. Would be a great get if GU had any chance at her (doubtful).

Holmgren looks pretty good to me. Athletic, smooth jumper, good timing on defense, dunks everything he can. Just needs another 70 pounds.

Rivals has an updated top 75 for 2021. Some early names I've been hearing for Gonzaga in there.
    Nate Bittle 15
    Chet Holmgren 45
    Ben Gregg 51

Those that know the Oregon classifications, would/have Bittle & Gregg face(d) each other anywhere along the way?

No they are at different levels. Gregg is actually a pretty small school guy.

    Thanks Caldwell.

I thought I had read that Gregg was @ a church school, but wasn't sure if they played up (ala G Prep).

Why? All you need is one big to inbound to another big at half-court who pivots & throws a lob to the basket where any one of the remaining 3 bigs go up & dunk it.

    No dribbling required.

Man, he's blocking shots like Brandon in that video! And he definitely has the frame to add 50lbs easily.

That’s actually brilliant! You ever thought about coaching?
