34% from the field, 11-18 at the line. Zags have 22 rebs to FSU's 20.

    FSU has 15 PF's; Zags have 7.

    Zags 7 TO's, FSU 6.

FSU ends the half with an 11 - 1 run.

    Disappointing. . .

But all season many folks were saying our guards need to drive more. Well, we’re doing plenty of that. I hope folks are happy!

Being within 9 points is a miracle.

Totally disagree with that strategy, regardless of the foul situation. It’s not like they had three fouls apiece. Can’t get down this much in a game like this.
the bigs off the bounce have been the goods, still there in the second half with just 2 each down 9. we'll see if the Zags can weather that stretch there and comeback in the 2nd half or if it was too much. hope not of course

Ridiculous that Larsen didn't more playing time this year. Let's wait till the biggest game of the year - nice. GU is in the WC, he should of been getting minutes all year.

Go back to the zone and cross your fingers they start missing. Only chance.

We. Are. Shooting. 34%. Tillie spreads the opposing defense. Huge not having him.

It’s not over until it’s over, but we may just not be deep enough with a key starting player out.

It’s simple: we keep shooting 10% from 3, we go home. Only a couple were bricks, 9 points is nothing

Yup. Only hope is we start setting good screens, move the ball around and get some good 3 point shots. Norvell is getting completely shut down. Rui not much better. Free throws killing us. Lucky only down this much

    Go Bulldogs.

This is looking like the MEN of Florida vs. the BOYS of Spokane. Larsen waaaaay over his head. Let’s make some 3s and open up the middle.

    Let’s Go Zags!!!!

    + 1,0000.
This is my fear every year when Few shrinks his lineup. It finally came back to haunt us.

Tend to agree on this one. Need some threes with a decent percentage to pull this one out.

They should have taken minutes from Rui?

Why do you think Larsen is over his head? I thought he did very well with his minutes.

Exactly! This constant call for “pound it inside” is getting old. Hitting three helps set that up!

Really hurts in games like this with high ball pressure that we don't have guards that can effectively penetrate.

Larsen is doing fine, needs to play 1-2 ft higher on D. We need him playing with Rui and/or JW3. He's being exposed because he's alone in the post.

Seems pretty clear the reason is he’s been playing on a total of one functioning knee since about early December. He’s nowhere close to 100% out there. In Nov he would have dunked home that feed from Perkins.
